Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Maker’s Nook, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Your Right to Withdraw
As a consumer (a natural person acting outside of your trade or profession), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a specific reason.
- The Deadline: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the final item in your order.
- How to Notify Us: To initiate a return, please send an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw to us via email at info@themakersnook.eu. You may use the model form provided below, though it is not mandatory.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:
- Items must be returned in their original state and packaging.
- Items must be undamaged.
- Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.
We reserve the right to withhold your refund until we have received and inspected the returned goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3. Returning Your Items
- Timeframe: Please send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.
- Return Costs: Please note that the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Our Refund Process
Once we receive your returned items and confirm their condition:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding original delivery costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
- We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
5. Exclusions
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically to your individual specifications.
